Pricing at Black Sable is tailored to your project's complexity, scope, and unique requirements. We offer three service tiers—Foundational Discovery, Standard Excellence, and Superior Mastery—each with a percentage of the building budget as its basis, ensuring transparency and alignment with your vision and needs.

Foundational Discovery requires 100% upfront payment.

Standard Excellence operates on a 50% deposit to commence each phase, with the balance due upon phase completion.

Superior Mastery features fixed monthly payments until the documentation phase is completed, aiding in smoother financial planning.

Our service tiers cover the core architectural services. However, external professional services such as engineering, environmental assessments, and any specific consultant work are not included and will be billed separately. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Yes, changes can be made. Our Foundational Discovery and Standard Excellence tiers include a set number of revisions, while the Superior Mastery tier offers unlimited revisions per phase. Additional changes beyond these allowances are subject to overages, ensuring that you retain flexibility throughout the design process.
